A Prayer For You

I prayed a prayer for you my friend
In hopes you'd somehow know
That God is watching over you
No matter where you go.
He's never far away from you
Just when you need Him there
You'll find His love within your heart
For you are His greatest care.
I prayed a prayer for you my friend
That God would help you see
Even in your darkest hour
There is where He'll be.
Mark 11:24 (NIV)-Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (NIV)-If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
